Company Profile
The company profile gives you the opportunity to present your company to the members of the LimouRATE network in an excellent way.
Present your team, your vehicles and your services to existing and potential affiliates.
Master Data
Click the „Master Data“ button to create your company profile.
Description:
Detailed company description for you to present e.g. your services and/or corporate culture.
1500 characters are available.
Tags:
Tags are short codes used to describe different services. They help an affiliate to find the right suppliers for certain services in a simple way.
For example, you can store the corresponding three-letter code for all airports you serve and the available vehicle categories . In addition, tags for special services such as meet & greet and armored vehicles should be added.
On the „Network“ page, affiliates can search specifically for providers of special services.
If you enter a name for a tag that already exists, a list of results will be displayed.
Select an existing tag or click on the button „Add Tag“ to create a new one.
Vehicles:
In the field „Vehicles“ you can store the number of your available vehicles.
Drivers:
In the field „Driver“ you can you can store the number of your available chauffeurs.
Logo:
To upload your company logo please click on the button „Select Photo“.
Save:
Please do not forget to click the „Save“ button to save your entries.
Staff
Staff
Click on „Staff“ button to add your employees, chauffeurs, managers etc.
Save the picture
Click on „Add Staff“ Button
Enter all necessary information about the employee like:
- Firstname/Lastname
- Skills
- Languages
- Select a function (e.g. CEO, COO, Dispatch, Chauffeur)
and upload a picture.
There is the possibility to edit/cut the photo.
You can move the photo by clicking and holding the left mouse button.
The photo can be zoomed by moving the slider to the right/to the left ore turning the mousewheel.
Click on the orange pencil icon to edit the employee’s entries.
If you want to remove an employee from the overview, please click the remove icon.
Vehicles
Vehicles
Click on the „Vehicles“ Button to add your vehicles
Click the „Add Vehicle“ Button
Enter the requested vehicle data:
- Name
- Brand
- Select a Category
- Model
- Features
- Licence Plate
- Year of Manufacture
- Pax
- Color
- Description
and upload pictures by clicking the „Select Photo“ button..
There is the possibility to edit/cut the photo.
You can move the photo by clicking and holding the left mouse button.

Click the save button to confirm your choice.
Check the entries and click the „Save“ button bottom right
Click on the orange pencil icon to edit the vehicles entries.
If you want to remove a vehicle from the overview, please click the remove icon.
Network
Click on the „Network“ Button to access the list of available affiliates at LimouRATE.
Click at your companies name to open and check your company profile.

Search function
Enter a term (tag) in the „Search“ field and click on the „Add“ button.
Results:
Only the partners, who offer this roadshow service, are displayed.
